Scanner is freezing up while scanning

As many others are having a clock issue with their BCD536HP, I am also having same issue and my scanner also freezes up to the point where I try to shut it off and it wont even respond. it has nothing to do with squelch settings and I have tried just about all that I know any suggestions or has this happened to anyone else? I submitted an email to uniden repair and they sent me an email with a ups ship label but when I fill it out it and try to print it says the shippers shipper number cannot be used for the shipment!

Check the microSD card for errors. Check disk (scandisk) on yor pc.

Thanks for the info Hit Factor, just finished doing that and there were no apparent errors.

I would also try erasing your FLs and re-writing, and if that doesn't help, reformat the card (saving your info first), then write the info back to the card.

The micro sd card was in fact bad even though I tested it and said no errors found. I purchased a new class 10 SanDisk 8GB sd card from Best Buy today and a back up one as well for about $20 total and reformatted them and in Sentinel cleared user data then mass storage write to scanner and the freeze up problem solved! Still needs to be serviced by Uniden for the clock issue but atleast it doesn`t freeze up! Thanks Hit Factor & Voyager for the help
