Can any Scanner be programmed in Spanish ?

If the firmware for the device supported it. I don't know of any that allow for language selection of the UI, off the top of my head.

Try contacting Uniden directly. They may market Spanish language models to different regiious.

I was thinking about European Uniden radios also. Coverage will be different?
