Scanner Master Orders - BCD396T

Did anyone get tracking numbers today from Scanner Master? I ordered this morning and was assured that mine would ship today. I purchased next day air shipping from UPS. I had several problems with the shipping information but finally got that fixed this afternoon before they shipped and they still said it would go out today for delivery tomorrow. I have still not gotten a tracking number and my order shows as pending. I was just wondering if anyone else who ordered from them had gotten tracking numbers.

:roll: Sounds like lots of people have had trouble contacting scanner master and getting info. Glad I went with Scanners Unlimited! Mine shipped yesterday, got my tracking #, he even called me later yesterday to make sure I had my tracking #. Numerous emails I sent, eveyone was answered the same day, even the week he was on vacation. I can't say enough about Glenn! I highly recommend! Flawless transaction.

well, I'll tell you one thing...if it's not here tomorrow then I am not going to be very happy and I will be getting at least my shipping money back. I've spent too much time trying to get the shipping info fixed today and then not even knowing that it shipped or not...not good business.

That's who I had an order with first but they are not shipping until Tuesday and then it will take 3 days to get here. Also, the 2 times I called them they were scarcastic and rude so I didn't have a problem canceling that order and going for one that would get it here quicker.

DMBFireman, try Glenn at Scanners Unlimited in the future. Always a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, helpful, just an all around good experience. He was the first dealer to have the BCD396T's. I've always ordered online from them and never had a problem. My last order shipped 45 minutes after I placed the order! So they aren't shipping until Tuesday and it won't get there for 3 days.......why be so impatient? It's just a scanner, for crying out loud. :lol:

Ordered mine from Glen at Scanner Unlimited. They got shipment today, he shipped it today, and will have it Tuesday. Great service and Glen is a great guy to deal with.

Scanner Master Shipping

Sometimes price isn't always everything.

The many happy customers who ordered from THE HAM STATION, or other dealers mentioned here had their hands held from start to finish by Jeff, tracking numbers, etc., and most of us have the 396 in our hands for the long weekend.

So, Scanner Master is 5 bucks or so cheaper?

Sheesh.

I don't mind waiting a few extra days for it at that price.

I got my 246 from them and they had awesome service.

Besides, maybe the software/firmware update will be out and I can avoid alpha-tagging by hand. :shock:

I ordered on June 28 and just today I received an email saying: "your order placed on July 1 has shipped"

This is the second and last time I'll go through this with scannermaster.com. Last time was with the BC246T and something similar happened. I'm sorry but even if they're officially sponsored by this site, I don't think they have done as good as they could. I rather pay a little more and get better assurance with someone like Glenn from scannersunlimited.com

I paid extra for Next Day delivery when I ordered on June 28 and the estimated delivery is going to be July 5. Gee, I could've done just as good with Priority Mail for less than half the price! :roll:

Just fill out and sign all the paperwork and loan for a $36k vehicle and they delayed delivery time because they screw up something as little as not having it washed and waxed, why be so impatient, is just a car? :roll:

Because it's the PRINCIPLE of running a business, don't matter how big or small of a purchase. If you're giving somebody your hard-earned money, you want something in return like they promised and in a timely manner.

getting mine from usa scan also. Bought 2 296's from them and got them pretty quick.

The hamstation did me right. I ordered Monday and got it here by next day air this morning (Friday the 1st).

They even kept a running log of how their shipping was going.

I couldn't be happier with a company.

I did receive an email from Scanner Master last night that stated they had shipped on 7/1.

some distributors didnt get any thing! so if the distributor didnt get anything, whats the dealer going to get?
the distributor i deal with ordered 48 in janurary and uniden would not take the order. he ordered when i told him (i think) in march. what did he get? NOTHING!

i am sure that he is not the only distributor that had phone calls into uniden and the rep to find out why he didnt get anything at all!

hopefully, there is a SECOND boat coming- in the meantime, he will have to wait!

Hi Everyone,

All U.S. orders placed through yesterday (Friday) at 4 PM with Scanner Master have been shipped. Because of the incredible rush we were not able to get all the tracking numbers out until 11:30 PM last night.

I congratulate the dealers who were able to ship one to a few days earlier than us. We are instituting a new system so that when the next new scanner hits the market we will be able to ship from Texas on the same or next day that the new scanner leaves the dock at Uniden.

At this time we have plenty of stock and will continue to fill orders when our office opens again on Tuesday July 5th.
