FireFighter47374,
It appears the Plainfield/Avon system is part of the MECA1 Trunk.
They are currently listed as Analog, and as such, should be readable by any Trunktracker. If they are still using any VHF for paging or callout, it may be simulcast on the trunk talkgroups. When I'm in the Indy and Airport area, my Uniden BC-245 and BC-246 pick up the MECA1 Analog
talkgroups just fine. If there is anyone closer, and listens more often than I do, this information may be update.
Good luck.

I can hear them from generally anywhere in Indianapolis, and I have heard them also in Plainfield. Hope this helps. Limited budget=Ebay... Or even here on the RR website. Like Tippe said any analog scanner (easily found) can still scan that area. (dont know for how much longer).
