Scanner Recordings on RR

Most ISP's give you web space. Record some audio, dump it on your site and post the links here.

I'm not trying to jump off topic, But isn't there a law that states that "retransmission" of anything you hear on a scanner by "any means" is at the least, Somewhat illegal?
