Scanner repaired however channels don't work

I'm in Idaho, used to have iimars working
now there is nothing.

search won't tell me anything.

radio had been silent all day

regular channels work ut P25
is either broken or did idaho
change the band plan whilst
my scanner was away for a month?

Sorry for the trouble this is a good
radio I am handicapped and I need
discriptions for help.

BCD396XT Lost it's Ears

HI
Check and see if it shows any "Bars", it may not even getting a signal. My BCD396XT is at UNIDEN because it lost it's ears for the second time! BCD395XT has a problem, it goes very silent, for me every 90 days! My other 3 radios (hooked up to the same antenna) have no problems.

Idaho changed their frequencies! If you have the bcd396XT you gotta create a "new system" like I showed you that day, then make a couple of groups, ada county, fire, police, etc THEN, go back in where it says that new site thing and go down under "frequencies" and go to this url of idaho's systems Idaho Cooperative Agencies Wireless Interoperable Network (ICAWIN) Trunking System, Statewide, Idaho - Scanner Frequencies then where it says Ada County Simulcast start with the blue ones, then red, IN THE ORDER you see them on the freq chart, start with Ada county. It will automaticaly fill in the right bandplan.
