scanner repairs

i have a couple of hand held scanners -uniden and radio shack-i need to have repairs to. is there anyone in central jersey area monmouth,ocean,middlesex,mercer who does this kind of stuff anymore without charging an arm and a leg. the 2 or 3 radios i have are older - bc120/pro 92 OR 93/PRO 95 and repairs are minor! any ideas forward info off line if you wish freeholdhush@aol.com

I always used to use Newport Bay Electronics on Route 18 in East Brunswick. It's a small two-man shop next to the income tax place that has the infamous waving Statue of Liberty and Uncle Sam during tax season. I had a Uniden BC-296D that was acting up and haven't had any problems since. I also had a Kenwood TH-K2AT that needed fixing; apparently was an easy fix and came back good as new for twenty bucks. If you're looking for new stuff they seem pretty reasonable too.
