Scanner + Software Spectrum Analyzer

Does anyone know of a good scanner and software spectrum analyzer combo? I already have a bct15, bc996, bc216, so if I could find a piece of software that does spectrum sweeps and views that would be great. It does not have to be up to par with a commercial spectrum analyzer, just something I could use to tune some kit radios I have been working on.

Steve I don't know of anything that would work with the DMA radios, but if your 'bc216' was a typo for the 296, there are a couple of options, though they aren't cheap -

There are several folks using ScanStar products scattered about; how well they work using a 'spectrum analyzer' type function...well, they'll have to be the ones to tell you about it.

If it were me, I'd use much cheaper software and learn to use the custom search functions...73 and GL Mike
