Scanner Stuck in Scan Mode

I programed my Uniden BCD396XT using FreeScan but the scanner screen says "Scan Mode Nothing to Scan" I don't think I did anything different from when I programmed it earlier.

Scam mode is when your scanner promises to deliver things it can't.

Seriously, you probably have everything locked out. Double check your quick key settings again.
