Scanner suggestions for Phila FD & PD?

Hey all....I 'm currently using a PRO-96. I had it "re-programmed". Transmissions are still sketchy here in the city. Looking to purchase an up to date radio that will receive Philly Fire & Police for the new radio system coming...I prefer a handheld. Any suggestions? What about this Uniden BCD436HP that I keep hearing about?

While that one can do the system, even when they switch to TDMA, you will likely suffer the same reception issues you get now. The problem is LSM modulation, which no scanner to date has been able to decode 100%. The old Philly system didnt use LSM, thus we could hear it clearly. If you're gonna spend $500 on a scanner, PM me and we can talk more in depth about options...
