Is there something wrong with the City of London Public Safety scanner. It was working yesterday now i can't getting nothing on there. Anyone else have this problem?

Why don't you use the links provided with the feed to contact the feed provider directly?
Maybe try emailing the provider directly and ask him. (D'oh! Mike beat me to it)
Chances are the stream is up but maybe the scanner got turned down, or he took it with him and didn't drop the feed. Could be any number of reasons.

I have contacted Muxlow to inform him of the problem...
said hes on a trip and the scanner is with him, will be back online when he comes back.
