what is the best digital scanner for the money (home patrol) ? please

My buddy has the pro 197 its a good scanner for digital, from what ive seen Ive seen on Ham Radio Outlet that got a Gre PSR 600, witch is the same difference as the PRO 197 for $369.95 this is it http://www.hamradio.com/detail.cfm?pid=H0-009210 but really, its a matter of choice of the individual, so whatever floats your boat
