Scanner wishs

Is there any chance of any new 700 mhz trunking with digital capabilities, and EDACS provoice (New Orleans listener) scanners in site. Louisiana state and other agencies (on the louisiana shared system) fixing to make the switch to 700mhz digital. How disapointing unless Uniden or Radio Shack comes through for us.

Unfortunately,.. no there are none on the boards yet that can do 700 trunking. Provoice??? Hahaha sorry for laughing, but thier will NEVER be a PV scanner. M/A-Com will never give up the rights to it. And if they did,.. well all PV useres would just add ESK and that you can forget. Maybe in 2006 you will see a 700 digital trunker. As far as I know fully functional 700 systems won't be a reality till 2007 or later, and as long as TV is not moving yet... 700 aint happening. They won't move till they have to unless pressured.
