ScannerCast error-Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)

Every time I try to start ScannerCast, I get the following error:

Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate.

I uninstalled Oddcast, rebooted, redownloaded the program...all to no avail.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like you do not have .NET framework installed. I forget what version is required. I believe at least 2.0 .NET Framework.
