Scannercast for Android?

I've been looking and have not found anything, but here's the questions: Is it possible/or is there an app available to use an Android phone to broadcast to Broadcastify using an app like Scannercast?

I'm curious as to what you're trying to setup. You want to have a dedicated cell phone hooked up to a scanner to broadcast to the site?
