We're getting Heavy weather here in North Texas this morning, But while I have lost DISH several times our Internet has remained up.

HOWEVER:

Scanner Cast keeps going up and down and up and down. Watching my Internet connection there is no change in signal or strength yet scanner cast keeps disconnecting from the Ice Cast server over and over and over ....

Did I break Scanner Cast? or is this a Connection to Ice Cast issues that I am not seeing?
