ScannerCast Issue: Alpha tags but no audio?

Hello all,

I am using ScannerCast to broadcast my Boone County Public Safety feed. I can connect to it with iTunes and the Java Web Player and see the alpha tags, but it seems that no audio is being transmitted.

I recently added a second USB soundcard to this system, and have double checked the ScannerCast configuration to make sure it is using the right soundcard (which it is).

Any ideas why this might be happening?
