Probably
Check the database page - click on the tower ID and it'll bring up the frequencies.

heres what i figured out
Detroit has 10 individual towers
each tower broadcast same 26 channels and 4 control channels all the time
the repeater offsets are -45 Mhz from the output frequency
im gonna try programming in and see if it will work....

That is good information. 30 channels total, and the input is -45 Mhz the TX frequency.

it seems to work ok i have picked up transmissions in and around the local vicinity up to a few blocks away. audio is perfect no problems on audio going digital yet.

however 2 problems
2. you will not hear dispatch
1. you don't know what your listing to

i setup a 3 rd open bank and I switch to that real quick to see if i can ID the TG... seems to work ok so far.

You won't hear dispatch as they are connected through the CEB to the network. No actual RF at the dispatch level. Going to conventional mode, you loose all the trunking "goodies" such as ID and TG. Another drawback is that different PTT may show up on another freq. if the station timed out.
