Scanning issue

I have been trying to program my pro 668 for a week now , I got it to scan but am not getting any voices , can someone tell me if it is a setting issue that I do not have checked right , May have to take it back to RS and return it ,

Is it stopping on any of the frequencies you programmed?

No it does not stop at any frequencies , just keeps on scanning ,
