Scanning low & high band question

Here's my question with a pro 197 scanner can you scan a trunk 800 system and also have a have a low band frequency *scanning both at the same time ?

I'm not aware of any trunking scanner that will not do both. What is the make and model of your older scanner?

The 1st Trunktrackers (BC235xlt, BC895xlt) could only "trunk" or follow one analog Motorola trunked system at a time or scan conventional channels but not both at the same time.
We have come along way since 1997.

Thank you. I have a customer that wants to listen to our 800 Motorola trunked system, and monitor the local airport, which is low band.

Older scanners I've used would only scan 800 band when in trunk mode.
