Over the next few weeks I'll be in Wichita with my wife. While she's at her conferences I'll be left alone to do my own thing. What I'm looking for are those non-trunked freqs (ham,aviation etc) used in the area. Also any good railfaning sites, ones where I won't get in trouble. Where are the good places for lunch??? I'll be staying in the old town area so somewhere in that area thats nice would be great. I've also heard "rumors" from some people, not from Wichita, that say that scanners in cars is illegal.. Whats the real story there???
