Not your best choice for MPSCS. The Scantenna's performance on the 800MHz band is one of it's weak spots. It's better for the 150MHZ & 450MHz band. It probably won't stand up to Michigan's weather too well either. It's weak in high winds, and ice storms.

what antenna would be a better choice i am useing a rs discone with 3 radials missing . and i want to listen to 360 around me
