scantenna 800mhz performance?

how good is santenna at 800mhz performance? also, is anyone using one indoors? if so what is your results...thanks.

I have one mountd on a mast on the roof up about 30 feet in the air. I used the supplied coax. My experience with it has been excellent UHF and VHF, but only average on 800. Meaning, some of my handheld antennas perform as well as the Scantenna on 800 mhz.

Install a TV/VCR type splitter and attach an 800 ant near the center of the scantenna. This will boost 800 and not bother other bands. Choice of 800 ant is your option.
