scantenna feedline

this may be a stupid question, but on a scantenna there are 2 screws coming out where it appears the transformer attaches, however only one of these are marked (attach feed line here), the splitter DOES attach to each of these screws correct?

thanks, I seen a few pics where it appeared both the wires were attached to just the one screw
