Does anyone have the 800mhz talk groups for SCDC?

Yes, they are new to 800mhz and have a VHF to 800 patch for now

I have no clue then, brother. There's nothing in the Palmetto database for SCDC, on Probation & Parole. I can only suggest you put in the local tower for the Palmetto system, then scan on the "search mode". Then start writing down the talkgroup(s) that sound like prison talk - but you will have to listen to everything else to find them...
