SCHP Unit Numbers

Are all SCHP units statewide now identifying by their rank and last name instead of by unit number? Nobody in the Troop 5 has used their 'E' unit number now for about 2 days.

I'm still hearing the usual Cxxx callsigns here in the Upstate/Troop 3.

It was just announced for all units to resume normal radio operation, per E-1. Now their back using 10 codes/signals and 'E' unit numbers. My guess is they were using plain English for the Winter Storm.
