Is there any portable radio or scanner that will pick up Schuylkill County Public Safety
Project 25 Phase I .

It's a p25 phase 1 radio system. Most digital scanners in the last 15 years can monitor p25 phase 1 trunking.

However schuylkill county has 24/7 full time Encryption on all talkgroups...
