SCN file, 396T firmware upgrade

File downloaded, but my computer won't recognize the file,(the scn) need a suggestion,

You need to use the proper updater program and when it asks for it, point it to the location of the .scn file.

Here is what you need to know and do:
BCD396TFirmwareUpdate < UnidenMan4 < TWiki

Just FYI, follow the instruction exactly or it will not update correctly.
