Has anyone else noted that the Scott AFB, Illinois VHF P25 system has disappeared? It seems to have happened sometime this week.

I am not familiar with anything military including scott. I only know of what SAFB uses via STARCOM. With that is it possible that they are migrating to the UHF system, Joint National Capital Region System or strictly STARCOM for ops?

It is possible, since there has been a lot of testing traffic on the new UHF system, but both appear to be silent right now. It may be that all the traffic on the UHF system is now encrypted, which would be a shame.
