I'm fairly new to all this. Anyone else have trouble with Scott county Iowa Davenport pd2? I DO have the provoice upgrade and it use to work fine, but lately seems like it never picks this up anymore. BTW I use BCD325P2 and a BCD996P2. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I do hear them occasionally. I think it’s just a case of that channel being used for more tactical situations. It simply isn’t used as much. PD3, the informational channel, is by far used more frequently.
