Scott County radio

I travel to the Quad Cities area periodically for work. I have been looking around here on RR for updated radio info for that area. I see there is a new radio system being put in to place in Iowa, perhaps to begin to replace the RACOM system. That being said, I have not found/seen any agencies in the Scott Co area that have adopted this new system. Are they still operating on RACOM? It doesn't appear, according to the DB, they have switched to P25 or perhaps EDACS Provoice. Any replies are appreciated. I haven't updated my programming in a while. Just trying to keep things up to date. Thanks.

RACOM is still operating in the Quad-Cities. RACOM announced last year signing all the Public Safety agencies to migrate to a new P25 (SARA). When is unknown. There is a NXDN trunked system for use of the Moline Public Works Departments. They are the only ones to move from RACOM. No City of Moline Police/Fire are using the NXDN.
