Scottsbluff county has moved over to P25, Scottsbluff and Gering police sound good, the sheriff freq. needs some improvement. The error rate starts out around 25 drops a little jumps up to 100 starts working down jumps up again. Short conversions don't sound bad but anything over 20 or 30 seconds and you lose the decode, also audio very low. A little more tweaking and it might sound as good as our bordering states systems.
