i believe you are correct the loacals do refer to tri city roadrunner as a handi bus even though it's available to everyone and essentially a small city bus system.

thank you for pointing me in the right direction i had forget about the unidentified fcc database under tabs. i had found the school busses while i was poking around there as well.
