Scottsville Ky has went digital and I am using search on my psr-600 but not having any luck. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Scottsville is in Allen County Ky.

Looks as though 460.050 now has an FCC emission designator as 4K00F!W which puts the frequency as being authorized for NXDN or NEXEDGE making it un-monitorable with scanners. I don't know if this is for sure or not.

Used to hear the Scottsville P.D. then sometime last year they went digital. Still hear E.M.S. and Allen Co. Sheriff..
