BCT15X: Scrammbled screen

My screen appears scrambled . It is still scanning, but I can't tell what frequency or make any changes to my programming. Is there a way to re-boot the BCT15X to get things showing again?

Do not know if this is the cause of your problem, seems the ribbon cable for the display sometimes needs to be reseated on the main circuit board to resolve display issues on the 15x/996T/996XT.

That was the problem. After I reset the ribbon cable, it worked like new. Is there a place that I can order another cable or two?

Can you use a hot glue gun on that piece so it doesn't come loose again?
The piece that you set the ribbon cable into, that is......

I was gonna suggest adjusting either the horizontal or vertical hold but those other ideas seem better now.
