Does anyone have any "recent" federal frequencies for the Scranton/Wilkes Barre area. This would include mostly Northeast Pennsylvania. Bought a new Uniden Digital scanner and was hoping to get it programmed. Getting back into my favorite hobby after a long illness. Thank you!!

Your best bet is to begin to slowly search the Federal Bands and log the activity.
Take Plenty of Notes. Freq, Time/Date, Tone, locations mentioned , Call signs etc
Don't post Active Surv info, share weeks later, amazing what we read in the paper vs what was actually heard.
Not all Agencies are as active as your PD/FD/EMS and you might not hear anything on a freq for months, then all of a sudden, they are in your back yard.
