SCSO Talkgroup 05-132

While listening to the Shelby County Sheriff this afternoon, I had a talkgroup of 05-132 (not 02-132) appear on my scanner. There was nothing but static and I had to hit the scan button to get it off this talkgroup. Has anyone seen this one before? Could it be part of the new system?

I've had my SCSD freqs open on all towers for two weeks and have never seen it. Who knows what it is.

On Tuesday morning around 8 am I picked up another talkgroup that I had never seen. It was 06-020. Again there was nothing but static and I had to hit the scan button on my scanner to get rid of it. Also, the regular transmissions seem to be very garbled with a background noise. Has anyone experienced the same thing?

Might have something to do with the switch to the APCO 25 system. Check the Memphis / Shelby County APCO 25 thread.
