Anyone know or hear them in SD. It even could be Macy unit, What is their detail or function. Just found it.

COZEEP - Constriction Zone Enhanced Enforcement Program

MAZEEP is for moving maintenance (paving, striping)
COZEEP is for stationary construciton projects
