SD City 800MHz P25?

Anyone ever hear any P25 non encrypted traffic on the SD City system? I see a few "D" talkgroups, but have never heard any traffic from them. I have a feeling anything with a "D" is just really encrypted.

There has been activity on the GANGS 6D talkgroup and NARC 7D talkgroup both were encrypted.
