I have a one day old HP-1 which has NEVER been recognized or seen by the software Sentinel.. I have formatted the card using SD Formatter software and now I get the message "SD card File Error" and to remove power for 1 minute and retry.if that does not work it says to use Sentinel to clear all user data ? Can't do that if it is not seen ! My PC sees this drive just fine and in fact tried it on another computer, same results. I'm thinking something may be wrong with the out put or through put of the HP itself. USB cable and PC are seeing this drive just fine but that info is not being sent to the Sentinel software. Any and all thoughts are welcome. Scanning for 50+ years and doing computers since 1979 . Thanks

After formatting the SD with the PC you will need to check the box for "Display all Drives" to see the SD in the Clear User data dialog.
