Additional new talkgroups in the 3500-3600 range are also encrypted. Based on activity mixed with some WAG on my part, these are likely the new PD Tac, INV and special unit talkgroups.
Sad to see them go, definitely end of an era for local scanning.

TG 797 is San Diego Community College District PD Dispatch (Encrypted).
TG 5027 is SDPD Eastern Dispatch 2.
Both added to the database. Still need to wait and see what San Diego USD PD encrypted dispatch is.
SDPD talkgroups no longer in use have been changed to deprecated, which means they're deleted from the database in 30 days. I have mixed feelings about this because the unencrypted talkgroups still exist in other zones in the radios, but keeping them when they are not used 99.9% of the time would be confusing. Maybe add a sub-category called "Police unencrypted talkgroups (rarely used)" or something like that?
Our county in Indiana is E on the med channels but I hear units from the county east of us giving patient reports if they transport to our ERs or EDs. I hear the ER/EDs in the clear sometimes but no report from the mobile they are talking to, might be from the previous unit being in the clear.
