SDR Console Favorites

Is it possible to edit the Favorites to add new folder and import custom frequencies say from a spreadsheet?

I tried the import feature and nothing happened. To be specific I had an old Spreadsheet file for the US Mil Air Band that I converted to an .XML and no love on the import feature.
