I'm still new to SDR Console and learning its capabilities but I just wanted to share this V3 server feature that some users may not be aware of and I could not find referenced here on the forums.

This is a nice option - especially for those who do not own an SDR yet but would like to connect to other remote SDRs throughout the world to listen via the Console's V3 Server - instead of using say WebSDR.

This video does a great job explaining the feature.

And here are some printed instructions how to set it up:

I connected to a station's NetSDR in Origlio (Ticino) Switzerland from the east coast USA and was listening to a conversation on 40 meters (7.162 MHz LSB):

This is another option, true, but I doubt it has the wide geo coverage of the Kiwa network.

Is there a list somewhere of the available nodes you can use? Mike

Yes @ka3jjz, here is the current list (link below). I believe there are 50 live radio servers available at the moment. 271 servers total I believe. - not all are "live".

I will checkout http://kiwisdr.com/public/. Looks like there are more stations available.

I am currently listening to K3BM-SDR's RSP1A server on 40 Meters.
