The customer support is second to none I had two units USB connectors kind of fall off.... I emailed the company they asked for a picture I provided that within 10 minutes they gave me one of the post tracking# for two replacement units....

This level of from our support and service is second to none I really wanted to give them a shout out for a job well done

I second the shoutout motion. 👏🏻 A year or two ago Nooelec messed up my order pretty bad and sent some wrong items. Just like you, I sent them an eMail. I explained what I got versus what I ordered. Nooelec promptly sent out the correct items that I was missing. They also told me just to keep the wrong items that I received. Great customer service and one very happy customer!

Nooelec is great, that's all I use for my main setup. I use 4 of the Nano 3's for my SDR trunk. Plus for GOES.
