SDR# SDR# not running (Dll was not found)

Hi!

SDR newbie here.

I've installed SDR# 1916 (without community plugins) based on the instructions here: Quick Start Guide
When I double-click on SDRSharp.exe, I can see the AirSpy logo and the messages underneath it. The last message I see is " ... docking engine".
Then nothing.

It creates crash.txt with the following contents:

Dll was not found.
at <Unknown>.AirspyDevice.Dispose (IL offset: 0xffffffff)
at <Unknown>.AirspyDevice.Finalize (IL offset: 0x0)

I'm running it on 64-bit Windows 11.

I tried installing SDR# on a Windows 10 virtual machine and it was able to launch the GUI, no crash. I copied the whole SDR# folder from the virtual machine into Windows 11. Same result: Dll was not found.

Any suggestions/ideas how to fix this? Or at least point me to a place where I can get more info?

Did you try downloading the zip from airspy on the win11 ,extracting and running sdr#? What sdr device are you using?

Yes. I'm using a generic RTL2832U module. Module is working fine when used with SDR++ on the same computer
