SDR++ TETRA demodulator

I just found that there is TETRA demodulator plugin for SDR++. It is for linux users but I was wondering - is there a windows version?
Or at least does anyone tried to compile it under WSL?

Ya I am finaly run the Tetra APP on windows and you can run openear alone it will work as ttt happy scaning, now I am reasrching a way to get it run on SDR++ Android, let me know if you need help on windows side
