Sdr trunk error question

Any idea why sdr trunk won’t read my sdr’s looks to be throwing an error. I’ll attach a picture. I tried 2 different SDRs and they come back with the same error.

Are you able to use these same tuner(s) with other SDR applications?

In the log, it's having trouble communicating with the USB tuner. Try re-plugging the tuner or try another USB port.,

ive tried 2 different ones with no luck. i did use other usb port still no luck

There's something causing issues when sdrtrunk is communicating with the tuner over the USB bus. If you're unsucssful using these tuners with other SDR applications, you might try reinstalling the driver (zadig) and then replug the tuner and try again.
