SDR Trunk help with Radio Reference

Im not sure what is wrong but every time I try to connect to radio reference I get an error (screenshot).
I have sdr trunk installed... I have one sdr dongle please help and or advise.

You need the premium subscription to Radio Reference to be able to connect and download those databases.

I have a premium account and I get the same error. When I log in I get a green check mark but as soon as I select United States I get the error. Help!

You don't show to be a premium subscriber, unless you have an account under a different username.

You were correct. I didn't realize that I had double accounts. I had an account with username Redrockr5150 that I paid for premium account under. I paid for premium under my Redrocker5150 account before I realized that. I deleted my Redrockr5150 account so I guess I wasted $15 on that account. I realize I can't get a refund. Thanks
