sdr# will not open

I'm using Windows XP on the pc and I keep getting this "The Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)" message ... any ideas?

If you are receiving this error message, you need to install the .NET framework from:

Download Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package from Official Microsoft Download Center

I've downloaded the .Net and that fixed the problem!
