SDR# x86 v1921

Hello,

I’ve recently installed SDR# x86 v1921 onto my computer but I cannot see the frequency scanner plugin on my list of plugins. I had it running fine when I used to run SDR# x86 v1920.

Anybody know why it won’t open?
